Import template library

How to use a template
- In SortingGo, open "1. Import", tap the import format menu and choose "Choose from the template library...".
- Find your marketplace and tap "Add and use for this import".
- Choose the order file your marketplace exported. You can also just choose the file: when the app recognises a marketplace report, it asks whether to use the matching template.
You can also add a template from a file: download its format file (.xlsx), then in SortingGo open "Custom Import Formats", tap "Import format" and choose it.
Requires SortingGo 1.9.6 or later.
Templates work on every plan. Free and Lite do not import the order number and product code; every other field, including the spec, is imported.
Platform missing? Or have a format to share?
Already made the format in the app? Under "Custom Import Formats", tap the format's export icon and choose "Share to the template library": the app prepares the message for you, with the format file and a sample that holds the header row only.
Write to us. A new template only needs the column names, not your orders. Please include:
- The platform's name and which report you export.
- The export with only its header row. Delete every order row first — do not send customer names, phone numbers or addresses.
- If you already built the format in SortingGo, share it from "Custom Import Formats" and attach the file.
SortingGo is not affiliated with or endorsed by the platforms named on this page. Their names belong to their owners and are used only to say which file a template reads.
