SortingGo is a mobile app that helps users manage order allocation, preparation, picking, and sorting. It provides order import, sorting-mode switching, voice readout, headset control, and routing-sequence features to help users work more efficiently during actual shipping operations.
SortingGo is an operational aid; users remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of final shipments.
3. User Responsibilities
By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of imported data (such as orders, items, and quantities).
- You are responsible for checking that the app's sorting results match the actual shipment.
- Any shipping issues caused by data entry errors, operational mistakes, or other user-side factors are your sole responsibility.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
SortingGo offers paid subscription plans. Details are as follows:
- Subscriptions are processed through Google Play, and payments are handled by Google Play.
- Pricing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund policies for subscription plans follow Google Play's rules.
- You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription from the "Subscriptions" page in your Google Play account.
- The app unlocks the corresponding paid features based on the subscription status returned by Google Play.
5. Free Mode
SortingGo offers a free mode, which may have feature limitations, such as a monthly cap on the number of sorting lines you can complete. To remove these limits, subscribe to a paid plan through Google Play.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the source code of this app.
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of this app without authorization.
- Develop imitation commercial products or services based on this app.
- Interfere with the normal operation of this app by any means.
- Improperly circumvent subscription limits, including but not limited to modifying app data or falsifying subscription status.
7. Disclaimer
SortingGo is an operational aid provided "as is." The developer does not guarantee that this app can fully prevent human operational errors, data errors, or actual shipping mistakes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect losses, data errors, or business losses arising from the use of this app.
There is no guarantee of continued availability of this app, and the developer reserves the right to suspend or modify the service without prior notice.
