Built from public column lists and not yet checked against a real export. If a column name differs, the import reports the missing column.

The sample holds made-up data. Import it to see the template working in your app before using your own file.

The file this template reads

The order export (.xlsx) from Lazada Seller Center, with English headers such as orderItemId and orderNumber. One row is one piece of an item.

Getting the order file

  • Export the orders from the orders page of Seller Center and download the .xlsx file.
  • This template reads the first sheet of the workbook; the headers are in row 1.

Good to know

  • This template was built from public sources and has not been checked against a real export. If your file's column names differ, the import says which column it could not find.
  • The file has no quantity column: buying three of an item gives three rows. The rows of one order with the same item and variation are imported as one line with the quantity added up.
  • Dates such as “03 Jun 2026 20:41” are read from “createTime”. Reading English month names needs SortingGo 1.9.9 or later.
  • The customer name comes from “customerName”, the product code from “sellerSku” and the spec from “variation”. No remark is imported.
  • Order status is not filtered: every row in the file is imported. Choose the orders to ship when you export.

How to use a template

  1. In SortingGo, open "1. Import", tap the import format menu and choose "Choose from the template library...".
  2. Find your marketplace and tap "Add and use for this import".
  3. Choose the order file your marketplace exported. You can also just choose the file: when the app recognises a marketplace report, it asks whether to use the matching template.

You can also add a template from a file: download its format file (.xlsx), then in SortingGo open "Custom Import Formats", tap "Import format" and choose it.

Requires SortingGo 1.9.9 or later.

Templates work on every plan. Free and Lite do not import the order number and product code; every other field, including the spec, is imported.

Template not working?

Platforms change their export columns. If the import reports a missing column, send us the export with only its header row (delete every order row first) and we will update the template.
