TikTok Shop orders (day/month/year)
English headers, day/month/year dates. Skips the description row under the headers. Not yet checked against a real export.
Downloads
Built from public column lists and not yet checked against a real export. If a column name differs, the import reports the missing column.
The sample holds made-up data. Import it to see the template working in your app before using your own file.
The file this template reads
The order export (.xlsx) from TikTok Shop Seller Center with English column headers, one row per item.
Getting the order file
- Export orders from the orders page of Seller Center and download the .xlsx file.
- The template reads the first sheet of the workbook. Headers are in row 1, row 2 holds column descriptions and is skipped, and data starts in row 3.
Good to know
- Built from public sources and not yet checked against a real export. If a column name differs in your file, the import reports the missing column.
- Dates are read as day/month/year, which is what sellers in Vietnam report. If your export writes month/day/year (seen in Japan), change the date order in the format, or every date with a day of 12 or less is read wrongly.
- This template needs English headers. If your Seller Center is set to another language, the headers are in that language and will not match.
- The customer is the buyer username. Items without a variation have "Default" as the spec.
- Order status is not filtered: every row in the file is imported. Select the orders to ship when you export.
How to use a template
- In SortingGo, open "1. Import", tap the import format menu and choose "Choose from the template library...".
- Find your marketplace and tap "Add and use for this import".
- Choose the order file your marketplace exported. You can also just choose the file: when the app recognises a marketplace report, it asks whether to use the matching template.
You can also add a template from a file: download its format file (.xlsx), then in SortingGo open "Custom Import Formats", tap "Import format" and choose it.
Requires SortingGo 1.9.6 or later.
Templates work on every plan. Free and Lite do not import the order number and product code; every other field, including the spec, is imported.

Template not working?
Platforms change their export columns. If the import reports a missing column, send us the export with only its header row (delete every order row first) and we will update the template.
