Custom Import Formats let you build a format when a supplier's or platform's column names differ from the SortingGo standard format, so similar files can be imported quickly afterward.
Steps
- Add a format
Use a sample file to build a format, setting the header row, worksheet, field mapping, and filter conditions. - Manage existing formats
Edit, delete, import, or export custom formats. Built-in formats cannot be deleted. - Use it from Import Orders
Once saved, the format appears in the format menu on the Import Orders screen.
Notes
- We recommend creating one format per source file layout, with a name that includes the platform or supplier.
Limitations
- If a source file's layout changes significantly, the existing format may need to be adjusted again.
