Reprint

Look up single and subtotal labels already printed from any device, and reprint selected details to a server-side printer when a print failed or a label was lost — with a configurable copy count.

Before you start

  • Web reprint requires at least one server-side printer — set one up on the Printers page first.

Steps

  1. Search print history
Set a date range, device, kind (single / subtotal / reprint / test), or search by batch, customer, or product keyword.
  2. Expand a job and choose details
For single labels, expand the details and check only the ones you need to reprint; subtotal labels always reprint as a whole group.
  3. Choose target printer and copies
In the reprint dialog, pick a target server-side printer, with copies ranging from 1 to 99.
  4. Confirm reprint
Afterward you can check the reprint result and the source record ID on the Print History page.

Notes

  • Records printed via the APP's Device BLE mode can also be reprinted from Web — the job is sent to whichever server-side printer you select.
  • The reprint job itself is also written to print history, tagged with its reprint source.

Limitations

  • If the source record carries a trial mark, the reprint keeps the trial and SortingGo mark — it isn't removed by reprinting.
