Voice Input Order lets you create a simple order by speaking, suited to quick add-ons or a small number of new orders.
Steps
- Say the customer first
Follow the steps to enter customer or order information. - Say the product and quantity
Speak the product name, quantity, unit, and specification in a clear sentence. - Confirm and save
Review the recognized result at the confirmation step, make any corrections, then save.
Notes
- Voice input works well for a small amount of data; for large volumes of orders, Excel/CSV import is still recommended.
Limitations
- Recognition accuracy is affected by background noise, the voice model, and language settings.
