Edit Units lets you manage the quantity units used when recognizing orders, so voice input better matches how people speak on the floor.
Steps
- Check common units
Confirm that common units such as piece, box, bag, or kilogram already exist. - Add or edit a unit
Add aliases or adjust unit names to match how people actually say them. - Test from Voice Input Order
After configuring, go back to Voice Input Order and test the recognition result.
Notes
- The closer a unit is to everyday speech, the more likely voice input is to succeed.
Limitations
- Unit settings do not automatically fix product name recognition errors.
