Stock reports

Look up stock on hand, moves, the movement summary, expiring stock and count differences, and download them as CSV.

Before you start

Stock on hand and expiry need the stock view permission, moves and the summary the move view permission, count differences the count view permission. You see only your warehouses.

Steps

1. Choose a report tab. The open book is read by default; a closed book can be chosen too (read only).

2. Enter filters such as product, bin, lot or period and search; periods go by posting date, and the warehouse switch at the top applies as well.

3. Choose Download CSV for Excel; the file has the same filters as the screen.

Verify the result

Every number adds up from the moves: opening + in − out = closing. Stock moves show the posting date beside the real posting time, and backdated moves are marked.

Notes and examples

Example: for last month's movements of one product in the north warehouse, choose the movement summary, set the period and product, and download the CSV.

Limitations

A CSV holds at most 100,000 rows; narrow the filters above that. Books of the external mode have no stock quantities.

Troubleshooting

If nothing shows, check that the book is open, the filters and the warehouse switch; for older data choose a closed book.
