Sync Status (Warehousing Connector)

Shows the sorting results not yet sent back to the WarehousingGo Server, plus any items the server rejected, and lets you trigger a sync manually.

Before you start

  • Set up the server connection and sign in from Settings → General → Warehousing Connection.

Steps

  1. Check the pending count
The top of the screen shows a live "N not yet synced" count. It updates automatically whenever the underlying data changes — no manual refresh needed.
  2. Sync manually
Tap "Sync Now" to send the queued results immediately. The button shows a spinner and is temporarily disabled; when it finishes, a result message appears below it — how many synced, how many were rejected, or a connection-failure message.
  3. Review rejected items
The list only shows items that are still unsent or were rejected — anything already synced successfully never appears here. Rejected items show their reason in a warning color.

Notes

  • The app also syncs automatically after finishing a line, when it returns to the foreground, and every 15 minutes as a fallback — manual syncing isn't required every time.
  • Rejected items are never retried automatically. Tell your supervisor so they can look into it — for example, the job may have been reassigned, or the data conflicted.

Limitations

  • Items that already synced successfully don't show here and can't be edited or resent from the app.
  • Without a network connection, "Sync Now" shows a connection error. The pending count won't go down, but nothing is lost — it will sync once the connection returns.
