Staging is used to confirm or prepare a batch's contents before formal sorting, and can also work together with label print settings.
Steps
- Confirm the current item
Check the product, specification, quantity, and notes shown on screen. - Mark staging complete
Complete staging item by item so the batch moves into sorting more smoothly. - Use printing if needed
If label printing is configured, you can print individual or related labels based on the batch's print settings.
Notes
- Staging reduces the risk of not being able to find a product later during putting or picking.
- A product stored in more than one location is split into one preparation row per location, and the voice prompt reads the location first.
Limitations
- Printing requires Print Service or a BLE printer to be set up correctly, and is subject to plan restrictions.
