Export requires a batch to be created and its work completed first. If you don't have a completed batch yet, go back to the main flow to process orders.
Steps
- Import orders first
Create order data from the Import Orders screen. - Create and complete a batch
Create a batch in Order Management, then complete putting or picking. - Come back to export
Once the batch is complete, you can enter the export flow.
Notes
- This screen is just a reminder state — it doesn't produce a file.
Limitations
- An incomplete batch cannot export a formal result.
