Export the orders from the orders page of Seller Center and download the .xlsx file.
This template reads the first sheet of the workbook; the headers are in row 1.

This template was built from public sources and has not been checked against a real export. If your file's column names differ, the import says which column it could not find.
The file has no quantity column: buying three of an item gives three rows. The rows of one order with the same item and variation are imported as one line with the quantity added up.
Dates such as “03 Jun 2026 20:41” are read from “createTime”. Reading English month names needs SortingGo 1.9.9 or later.
The customer name comes from “customerName”, the product code from “sellerSku” and the spec from “variation”. No remark is imported.
Order status is not filtered: every row in the file is imported. Choose the orders to ship when you export.

需要 SortingGo 1.9.9 或更新的版本。

所有方案都可以使用模板。免费版与 Lite 不会导入订单编号与商品代码，其余字段（包含规格）都会导入。

平台会更改导出文件的字段。如果导入时提示找不到字段，请把只保留表头行的导出文件寄给我们（先删除所有订单数据），我们会更新模板。
