Subscription plan differences and the limits of Free

SortingGo has the free plan, Free, and four paid plans: Lite, Standard (Std), Pro and Enterprise (Ent). Each plan includes everything in the one before it. The plans are the same on Android and on iPhone/iPad.

Free

  • Included: Putting and Picking sorting, voice readout and headset button control, custom order import formats (the basic fields plus spec and storage location), the template library, manual order entry and reassignment, manual ordering of customers or products, and label printing (labels carry a trial mark).
  • Not included: Excel export, allocation, staging, and route templates.
  • Line limit: at most 200 order lines can be added to batches each month. Beyond that, no more orders can be added to a batch; the count starts again the next month.
  • Field limit: imports leave out the unit, and also the order number, customer code and product code.

Lite

  • Everything in Free, plus:
  • The unit field on import, and no monthly line limit.
  • Excel export, and saving the exported file to a remote source.
  • Deleting batches and clearing the backup.
  • Labels still carry the trial mark; allocation, staging and route templates are not included.

Standard (Std)

  • Everything in Lite, plus:
  • Allocation and staging modes.
  • Route templates (customer route and product order), which can also be imported from the custseq and prodseq sheets of an Excel file.
  • Full-field import: order number, customer code, product code and the other fields.
  • Warehousing (My Work, Sync Status).
  • Labels still carry the trial mark.

Pro

  • Everything in Std, plus:
  • Labels print without the trial mark, both through the Windows print service and on Bluetooth label printers.
  • Voice commands to control sorting: complete & continue, previous item, next item, replay, reprint, print subtotal.
  • Hands-free work that combines voice, headset and label printing.

Enterprise (Ent)

Enterprise cannot be bought inside the app; tap “Contact us” on the Enterprise plan in “Subscription Plans” to get in touch. The plan page lists multi-user dispatch and real-time sync, Dashboard and KPI reports, multi-warehouse management, and the ERP API Connector; what is actually included, and when, is whatever the reply to your inquiry says.

Notes

  • To upgrade or change plans: choose a plan in “Subscription Plans” in the app; the store completes the purchase.
  • A field or feature shown as locked is not part of your current plan.
  • Not sure which to choose: Free is enough if you only need sorting and printing; choose Lite if you go over 200 lines a month or need to export; choose Std for allocation, staging, route templates or the full set of fields; choose Pro to remove the trial mark from labels or to work by voice command.

Limitations

  • This article lists no prices: they differ by store and region, and the prices shown in “Subscription Plans” and in the store are the ones that apply.
  • What each plan includes may change between versions; the list shown in “Subscription Plans” in the app at the time is the one that applies.

This is a support article written for the current release and updated as the product changes. Your installed version is the final word on what the screen shows.
