Set up product short name lets you create or edit a short name for a single product, and preview how it sounds during sorting.
Steps
- Confirm the original product
Check that the product name, specification, and unit are the ones you intend to set. - Enter the short name
The short name should keep enough distinguishing detail, such as brand, model, or key specification. - Preview and save
Use the preview to check the on-screen and voice result, then save the setting.
Notes
- A short name that's too short can make similar products hard to tell apart — keep the core identifying words.
Limitations
- Product short names do not automatically merge data from different products.
