When pages, records or actions are missing
Visibility depends on role permissions, warehouse scope, configured sources and data state. Check them in order before assuming data loss.
Check the account and role
Verify the DG account. Workers mainly use the App; board users are read-only; supervisors and administrators differ. Viewing does not grant editing, release or revocation. Administrators should verify as the target user, not only inspect their own menu.
Check warehouse and filters
Clear search, status and date filters and select an authorized warehouse. All warehouses means all authorized for this account, not the entire company. Have an administrator verify ownership and membership if no warehouse is available or orders belong elsewhere.
Check source and data state
Native DG orders and Odoo pool pages need enabled sources and permissions. System reads health; operations staff configure sources. Batched orders cannot be edited, dispatched batches cannot be reallocated, inactive assignments cannot be reassigned, and unfinished/review-required tasks cannot be released.
When to contact an administrator
Record page, time, role, warehouse code, non-secret error and attempted filters/expected action. For 403 check permissions; 404 can also mean outside authorized scope, not necessarily deleted data. Do not share administrator passwords or modify records to bypass restrictions.
Why can't I see another warehouse after selecting All?
All covers only authorized warehouses. Have an administrator check ownership and account scope; do not substitute a shared administrator account.
