File yang dibaca template ini
The order list (.xlsx) downloaded from the Coupang seller centre in Korea. One row per item, sheet name "Delivery", headers in row 1.
Mendapatkan file pesanan
- Download the order list as Excel from the orders screen of the seller centre.
- The template reads the sheet named Delivery.
Catatan
- Built from public sources and not yet checked against a real export. If a column name differs in your file, the import reports the missing column.
- The customer is the recipient name (수취인이름), the product code is the seller's product code (업체상품코드), and the spec is the option name (등록옵션명).
- Order status is not filtered: every row in the file is imported.
- This template is for Coupang in Korea. The Taiwan site uses different, Chinese headers and has no template yet.
Cara menggunakan
- Di SortingGo, buka "1. Impor", ketuk menu format impor, lalu pilih "Pilih dari pustaka template…".
- Temukan marketplace Anda lalu ketuk "Tambahkan dan pakai untuk impor ini".
- Pilih file pesanan yang diekspor marketplace. Anda juga bisa langsung memilih filenya: saat mengenali laporan marketplace, aplikasi menanyakan apakah ingin memakai template yang sesuai.
Template juga bisa ditambahkan dari file: unduh file formatnya (.xlsx), lalu di SortingGo buka "Format Impor Kustom", ketuk "Impor format", dan pilih file tersebut.
Memerlukan SortingGo 1.9.6 atau yang lebih baru.
Template dapat dipakai di semua paket. Paket Gratis dan Lite tidak mengimpor nomor pesanan dan kode produk; kolom lain, termasuk spesifikasi, tetap diimpor.

Template tidak berfungsi?
Platform dapat mengubah kolom file ekspornya. Jika impor melaporkan kolom tidak ditemukan, kirimkan file ekspor yang hanya berisi baris judul (hapus semua baris pesanan dahulu) dan kami akan memperbarui template.
