Cómo obtener el archivo de pedidos
- Export the order report from the orders page of Shopee Seller Centre and download the .xlsx file.
- Shopee Taiwan protects the report with a password. The first time you import with this template, SortingGo asks for the password and can remember it in the format, so it is not asked again.
- Do not use the shipping report (headers order_sn, product_info). It puts every item of an order in one cell, which cannot be imported by column.
A tener en cuenta
- Only rows whose order status (訂單狀態) is 待出貨 (to ship) are imported. Change the format's filter to import other statuses.
- The customer is the buyer account (買家帳號), the product code is Shopee's product ID (商品ID), and the spec is the variation name (商品選項名稱).
- This template does not shorten product names: the full Shopee title is imported. To have the app make short names, see the guide to short-name rules, which comes with a version of this template that has a rule.
- Checked against a real report exported on 2026-06-16. The template may need an update when Shopee changes the report's columns.
- The sample file holds made-up data and has no password.
Cómo usar una plantilla
- En SortingGo, abre "1. Importar", toca el menú del formato de importación y elige "Elegir de la biblioteca de plantillas…".
- Busca tu marketplace y toca "Añadir y usar para esta importación".
- Elige el archivo de pedidos que exportó tu marketplace. También puedes elegir el archivo directamente: cuando la app reconoce un informe, pregunta si quieres usar la plantilla correspondiente.
También puedes añadir una plantilla desde un archivo: descarga su archivo de formato (.xlsx) y, en SortingGo, abre "Formatos de importación personalizados", toca "Formato de importación" y elígelo.
Requiere SortingGo 1.9.6 o posterior.
Las plantillas funcionan en todos los planes. Free y Lite no importan el número de pedido ni el código de producto; el resto de campos, incluida la especificación, sí.

¿La plantilla no funciona?
Las plataformas cambian las columnas de sus exportaciones. Si la importación indica que falta una columna, envíanos la exportación solo con la fila de encabezados (borra antes todas las filas de pedidos) y actualizaremos la plantilla.
