Shopify orders export
Built from Shopify's documentation. Fills in the order fields that are blank on the later rows of a multi-item order. Not yet checked against a real export.

Mendapatkan file pesanan
- Export orders from the Orders page of the Shopify admin as a CSV file.
- Import the .csv file as it is. Opening and re-saving it in a spreadsheet program can change the dates and the text encoding.
Catatan
- Built from Shopify's documentation of the export columns and not yet checked against a real export.
- In a multi-item order Shopify fills the order fields only on the first row. This template carries the date, shipping name and notes down to the order's other rows.
- The customer is the shipping name. An order with no shipping address has none, and its rows are reported as missing a customer.
- The variant is already part of the line item name (for example "Tumbler - White / 500ml"), so there is no separate spec.
- Order and fulfilment status are not filtered: every row in the file is imported. Select the orders to ship when you export.
Cara menggunakan
- Di SortingGo, buka "1. Impor", ketuk menu format impor, lalu pilih "Pilih dari pustaka template…".
- Temukan marketplace Anda lalu ketuk "Tambahkan dan pakai untuk impor ini".
- Pilih file pesanan yang diekspor marketplace. Anda juga bisa langsung memilih filenya: saat mengenali laporan marketplace, aplikasi menanyakan apakah ingin memakai template yang sesuai.
Template juga bisa ditambahkan dari file: unduh file formatnya (.xlsx), lalu di SortingGo buka "Format Impor Kustom", ketuk "Impor format", dan pilih file tersebut.
Memerlukan SortingGo 1.9.6 atau yang lebih baru.
Template dapat dipakai di semua paket. Paket Gratis dan Lite tidak mengimpor nomor pesanan dan kode produk; kolom lain, termasuk spesifikasi, tetap diimpor.

Template tidak berfungsi?
Platform dapat mengubah kolom file ekspornya. Jika impor melaporkan kolom tidak ditemukan, kirimkan file ekspor yang hanya berisi baris judul (hapus semua baris pesanan dahulu) dan kami akan memperbarui template.
