公開されている列情報をもとに作成しており、実際の出力ファイルでは未検証です。列名が異なる場合、取り込み時に不足している列が表示されます。

The order report (.xlsx) exported from Shopee Thailand's Seller Centre, with Thai headers and one row per item.

Export the order report from the orders page of the Seller Centre and download the .xlsx file.
This template reads the first sheet of the workbook; the headers are in row 1.

This template was built from public sources and has not been checked against a real export. If your file's column names differ, the import says which column it could not find.
The customer name comes from “ชื่อผู้ใช้ (ผู้ซื้อ)” (the buyer's account), the product code from “เลขอ้างอิง SKU (SKU Reference No.)” and the spec from “ชื่อตัวเลือก”.
Order status is not filtered: every row in the file is imported. Choose the orders to ship when you export.
The date format of Thai files is not confirmed. If the dates are day/month/year, change the date order in the format.
The sample file leaves out the tax-invoice columns at the end of a real file.

SortingGo の「1.インポート」で取り込み形式のメニューをタップし、「テンプレートライブラリから選ぶ…」を選びます。
お使いのプラットフォームを探し、「追加してこの取り込みに使う」をタップします。
プラットフォームから出力した注文ファイルを選びます。ファイルをそのまま選んでもかまいません。アプリがレポートを認識すると、対応するテンプレートを使うかどうかを尋ねます。

ファイルから追加することもできます。テンプレートの形式ファイル（.xlsx）をダウンロードし、SortingGo の「カスタムインポート形式」で「形式をインポート」をタップして選びます。

SortingGo 1.9.6 以降が必要です。

テンプレートはすべてのプランで使えます。無料版と Lite では注文番号と商品コードは取り込まれません。規格を含むその他の項目は取り込まれます。

プラットフォーム側で出力列が変更されることがあります。取り込み時に列が見つからないと表示された場合は、見出し行だけを残した出力ファイル（注文データはすべて削除）をお送りください。テンプレートを更新します。
