The order report that Seller Central provides as a tab-delimited text file (.txt), one row per order item.
Mendapatkan file pesanan
- Request an order report in Seller Central and download the .txt file.
- Import the .txt file as it is; do not convert it to Excel first.
Catatan
- Built from Amazon's documentation of the report columns and not yet checked against a real export.
- The quantity is quantity-purchased. In a report of unshipped orders, quantity-to-ship can be smaller; map that column instead if you want what is still to ship.
- The file must be UTF-8. Some marketplaces provide the report in another encoding (Japan, for example), which this version cannot read; re-save it as UTF-8 first.
- The date is read from the start of purchase-date (year-month-day). The time and time zone are ignored, so an order placed near midnight keeps the date written in the file.
- Order status is not filtered: every row in the file is imported.
Cara menggunakan
- Di SortingGo, buka "1. Impor", ketuk menu format impor, lalu pilih "Pilih dari pustaka template…".
- Temukan marketplace Anda lalu ketuk "Tambahkan dan pakai untuk impor ini".
- Pilih file pesanan yang diekspor marketplace. Anda juga bisa langsung memilih filenya: saat mengenali laporan marketplace, aplikasi menanyakan apakah ingin memakai template yang sesuai.
Template juga bisa ditambahkan dari file: unduh file formatnya (.xlsx), lalu di SortingGo buka "Format Impor Kustom", ketuk "Impor format", dan pilih file tersebut.
Memerlukan SortingGo 1.9.6 atau yang lebih baru.
Template dapat dipakai di semua paket. Paket Gratis dan Lite tidak mengimpor nomor pesanan dan kode produk; kolom lain, termasuk spesifikasi, tetap diimpor.

Template tidak berfungsi?
Platform dapat mengubah kolom file ekspornya. Jika impor melaporkan kolom tidak ditemukan, kirimkan file ekspor yang hanya berisi baris judul (hapus semua baris pesanan dahulu) dan kami akan memperbarui template.
